LOT.NO是lot number的缩写，是“批号”的意思。生产批号就是在工业生产中，虽然原料和工艺相同，但是每一批投料生产出来的产品，在质量和性能上还是有差异的。为了事后追踪这批产品的责任，避免混杂不清，所以每一批产品都有相应的批号。
